Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure that their submission complies with the following:
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal.
The manuscript is prepared using the IJSA template (Microsoft Word .dotx).
All required documents (Article, Statement Form, AI & Plagiarism Report, and Reference Manager file) have been prepared and are ready for submission.
The manuscript adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
REQUIRED FILES (MANDATORY):
To support the double-blind peer review process, authors must submit two versions of the manuscript.
1. Full Manuscript (with Author Details)
Includes author names, affiliations, and correspondence details.
Use IJSA Template (.dotx)
Use IJSA Template (.dotx)
2. Blind Manuscript (Anonymous Version)
Remove all author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and any identifying information.
3. Statement Form
Includes author declaration & originality statement (download)
4. AI & Plagiarism Report
Turnitin / Similarity report required
5. Reference Manager File (.RIS)
Export from Mendeley / Zotero / EndNote
Failure to submit a blinded manuscript may result in immediate return of the submission.
